Articles of Incorporation Arkansas

To form a corporation in Arkansas, you must file articles of incorporation with the Arkansas Secretary of State. The form is customizable.

The articles of incorporation must include the following information:

• Name of the corporation
• Type of entity
• Corporate mailing and street address
• Corporate purpose
• Name, street, and mailing address of the registered agent
• The number of shares, class, rights and restrictions, and par value of stock, and a statement that the corporation will not commence business until consideration of the value of at least three hundred dollars ($300.00) has been received for the issuance of shares
