Articles of Incorporation Maryland

To form a corporation in Maryland, you must file articles of incorporation. The form is customizable.

  • Name of the corporation
  • Type of entity
  • Corporate purpose
  • Corporate mailing and street address

  • The directors’ names and addresses
  • The number of shares authorized by the corporation and their class, rights, restrictions, and par value
