Certificate of Incorporation New Jersey

The certificate of incorporation must include the following information:

  • Name of the corporation
  • Type of entity
  • Corporate purpose
  • Corporate mailing and street address
  • Name, street, and mailing address of the registered agent
  • Incorporator's name, street, and mailing address
  • Number of initial directors and the names and addresses of the people who are to serve as such directors
  • The number of shares authorized by the corporation and their class, rights, restrictions, and par value of the stock
