Mandatory Additional Filings

There are no additional mandatory filings in North Carolina. However, it helps to expedite the process if you file a Cover Sheet (Form BE-01) with all filings. You may file the articles of incorporation online. In order to file, you must register for an account.

The state statutes applicable to articles of incorporation set forth specific requirements and optional language that you may include when filing the document.
