Articles of Incorporation Oregon

To form a corporation in Oregon, you must file articles of incorporation. The form is customizable.

The articles of incorporation must include the following information:

• Name of the corporation
• Type of entity
• Corporate mailing and street address
• Name, street, and mailing address of the registered agent
• The aggregate number of shares of stock* authorized by the corporation

*Oregon does not require disclosure of the class, type, or par value of the stock.
